Marion Ferguson has been a member of the Nova Scotia Bar since 1981. A former Chief Workers' Advocate for the Province of Nova Scotia, Vice-Chair of the Workers Compensation Appeal Board, former Chair of the Nova Scotia Police Review Board, and Chair of the Social Assistance Appeal Board, Marion has been active in all areas of injury and accident based litigation and administrative recovery and litigation systems. Marion’s workers advocacy involved her in the direction and administration of a province wide administrative law system and close consistent involvement in the health litigation environment.
